Read the installation guide for this product. You might need to connect the scanner to a computer, not directly to the printer.

upgrade driver for ur scanner for vista

I found out from the scanner makers web site that my computers soft ware was compatable becauce of the age of my scanner thank you for your help.

As you can see,unfortunately,your scanner is not suitable for Vista.I would just go and get a new one.They are not to $$.

usually the best place to look for drivers and directions is from the product manufacturer.. make sure you download and install the driver for for your operating system. if your operating system does not appear as one supported you simply may not be able to use your scanner until the manufacturer comes up with a driver for your operating system..
