Step 1 Click the "Support" tab on iMesh while logged in to your iMesh account.
Step 2 Click "Ask iMesh Support," and then select the "Other issue [open support ticket]" option.

Step 3 Click "Next," and then click the "Technical Issues" link on the Open Support Ticket page.
Step 4 Complete the form that appears, entering your name, registered email address, your Windows operating system and your Windows Media Player version. Enter your Internet connection type, specify whether you have a firewall or not and enter the country where you use iMesh.
Step 5 Type "Account Cancellation Request" in the "Message Details" area. State that you wish to cancel your iMesh account effective immediately.
Step 6 Type the CAPTCHA below the message, then click "Submit." A copy of your support ticket will appear in your email. IMesh does not state a specific time frame for message response, but an iMesh representative will cancel your account and respond to your message.
Tip
- You can also cancel iMesh over the phone. Call (212) 729-5641 for iMesh phone support. The phone line is staffed Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST.
Warning
- Although iMesh will cancel your account after processing your request, the program will remain on your computer until you uninstall it.
