check the water valve

try pluging it in else where if it still does it theres a dead short mabey in the compressor

sometimes they are very hard to turn use pliers if ya have to counterclock wise

check your drain in the freezer

the drain is plugged up you can un thaw it your self

check the defrost timer but the cold control could be bad

It does not matter . Just do NOT plug in for 24 hrs. after standing it back up .

have a look behing your drws in the freezer it has probably started to freeze and the fan that blows the cold air around will have an ice build up. The noise you hear is the fan bashing against the ice. The fan is normally situated behind the panel in the freezer section.

is it a side by side if so it is more likely your rear brd that has failed and needs replacing. This brd controls the appliance.It is located in the rear behind the panel at the bottom. Looking from behind it is in the bottom right hand corner

does it trip as soon as you turn it on. If so then it is ur defrost element this is situated behind the panel in the freezer at the back.

I used a hair dryer!!

take everything out of it, and let it thaw for 24 hours, using towels and whatever to clean up the water......then plug it back in, if it still does it, like 2 days later, it's broke, if it doesn't it was just the coil in the back that froze up. Happened to me.

It sounds like it is not defrosting. Could be the heater, terminator, or the defrost timer. There is still ice built up behind the wall and won't take long for it to stop working again.

The orange light is usually just an indicator there is power going to it. If it goes out, you have a power problem (tripped breaker or something)

check your gaskets. If the gaskets don't make a tight seal it can condensate close to the gaskets. the red light indicator light more than likely refers to a moisture control and it should be on.

If the ice maker mold is empty try adding some water. Wait. If a batch of ice pops out then water valve replacement is in order. If it fails to pop out a bit of ice then the ice maker is bad. I have more information on a page I created HERE
