How do I upload a video to u tube from my Facebook account
You cannot upload a video from Facebook to YouTube.
You must upload the video to YouTube by clicking the "Upload" button in your YouTube account's homepage, then Browse to where the video file resides on your computer and select it to be uploaded.
Why am being cut off on you tube while watching dvds and when I retry to open I fail to get back on
There may be a number of reasons for this behaviour.
1. some Internet Service Providers, those who provide 'uncapped' internet, tend to limit the amount of streaming media its customers may make use of at any given timeframe.
2. Youtube generates links to videos 'on-the-fly', meaning you can't copy the link to a video today and watch that same video tomorrow.. as the link would expire. You mentioned that you were watching DVDs, which means that it was not a short video, and the chance of the video link expiring due to elapsed time is a possibility.
3. Do you get an error message on the youtube page when you get cut off? If so, it might be due to either a fault on their server(s), or a fault/noise on your ADSL line, which caused the download to your cache/memory for viewing to stop.. clear the cache before attempting to open the video again:
Here's how to clear the cache in various browsers.
Chrome: Go to the wrench menu, go to "History" and click on "Clear Browsing Data." That's about all you need to do.
Internet Explorer: Open up Internet Options, and navigate to the "General" tab. Once there, click on "Delete Browsing History."
Opera: On the menu, select Tools->Delete Private Data. Once you've done this, check all the options, then confirm the deletion.
Firefox: Open up the options menu, and locate the "advanced" pane. From there, go down to "Network" and look for "cached web content." There'll be a button next to the information on how much space that says "Clear Now." Click on it.
How do i sign up for youtube without google
Google owns Youtube. If you just want to watch videos you don't have to have a google account. If you want to do anything else on Youtube you have to have a google account. That's what happens with a monopoly :(

Well Matt, you'll need to make lots of interesting videos, get lots of followers/subscribers (use facebook and twitter also to build a fan-base) or you have to be truely outstanding in something and try to get the video to go "viral".
it helps greatly if you can record in HD, as youtube will reduce your image quality..... so the best resolution you can get will make your videos more appealing...... just look at the most popular types of video for pointers, and try to decide what you can do to improve on your own stuff.
Good luck Matt, remember me when you're famous. ;) i'll let you buy me a drink.
I cant upload my video on fb
Problems might be:If you are trying to upload from Internet Explorer, I'd suggest using chrome instead. Your Internet Service Provider might have an upload limit (your video is too large)Try to use "Basic Uploader" in upload options.Or use 3rd party program to upload to facebook. And advice from FB itself:
- Make sure your video is in a supported format. You'll have the best luck with the MP4 format.
- Make sure your video doesn't exceed the size or time limits you see on the upload page.
- Check that you're using the latest version of a supported browser
