Some routers can be configured to block certain websites as a manual process (one site at a time). You need administrator rights to log in to your router and do this. Your browser may have a pop-up blocker option in the preferences that can be checked to activate it. If your computer is displaying countless "pop ups" when browsing the Internet it could because malware has changed the settings of your browser. Check your browser's preferences to see if your home page and/or search engine preferences have changed (without you changing them.) If you don't recognize the page or search engine in your preferences change them back to your preferences. Recheck these settings again after you've restarted your computer.

Hi BT have now transferred emails from what used to be known as BTYahoo and is now known as BTMail. If you go to the log in page here Email Login Page then you can enter your email address and underneath the password box is a link "Forgotten password". If you click on this (the word "password"), you will be taken to a page to enter your username (email address). Clicking continue will put a green tick against the email address (it does, I checked it with your email address) and then be taken to a page where you can choose how to receive a password reset email (martin.****@****asandadamson.com) or a password reset text message (********6333) If you no longer have access to this email or this phone then I am afraid you will have to brave the BT phone system so that they can reset your password !! If you have a recent PC you probably have not lost IE, but have set up a different browser as the default. To have the Internet shortcut launch IE all the time go the Control Panel / Internet Options / Programs / and select Internet Explorer as the default web browser.
