Pc won't boot

Can you get into the BIOS at all? Not sure what your motherboard is, but usually F1, ESC, DEL, or F10 get you to BIOS.Without a diagnostics card, or built in diagnostics like some gaming or server boards have, the beeps may tell you what is wrong if you go to the manufacturer web site and look in your product manual. If you can get to BIOS, some have a restore function to get you back to a different state, but even if that is not the case, you may be able to see something like a bad drive or memory chip being unrecognized that will identify the problem. If no to the BIOS or the BIOS was no help continue on:At each step, if the same beeps happen, reconnect the device and move to next and reboot. Power off completely between steps and unplug the PSU.1) Disconnect cd and hard drives, try to boot.2) Remove memory and try to boot.3) If motherboard has built in graphics, remove video card.4) Lastly, remove everything one at a time till you get to the BIOS with no beeps. If nothing but your monitor is connected, and you still get the same beeps, the motherboard or CPU may be faulty. If removing one item, ie the CD drive, allowed the PC to boot, then try a different cable, or IDE/SATA port. If memory removal allowed boot, then try one at a time in your main memory slot until you identify the bad module and replace it. If the motherboard boots with no VGA card, then that is a likely culprit, but switch to a higher power PSU and see if that allows you to boot. (some cards like the 6790 give messages to say you don't have enough juice, while the 4870 just makes the motherboard beep because no video device is attached technically)Motherboards aren't the easiest to debug, but if you have patience, you will be able to eliminate all possibilities and identify the root cause of the problem.

I want to setting power

On the motherboard should be marked what goes where. I do not suggest you doing this. Experts do this without manual because they know what they are doing, but I understood that you are a rookie. But if you decide to do this by yourself, here's how:

Go to this link and download manual:

Constantly freezes and at boot

One bad lead can cause a computer to continue on a cycle or to shutdown or fail to detect your hard drive

Test all leads that attach to your hard drive including electrical extensions,IDE,SATA

the leads from your ((motherboard to your hard drive)) make sure they have a secure connection and are not faulty or just replace them there probably old and faulty make sure all leads that are attached to your drives dvd\cd 3 1/2 inch floppy have secure connections and are not faulty even the electic extensions or just replace them they are probably faulty a computer needs its connections to have an end so any faulty leads will end up with a computer error hope this helps

Hi,
It may be the operating system has not recognized all the ports, if you operating system is now ok, go to my

computer>properties>hardware>device manager, and look to bottom of the list to USB Controllers.

Right click on them, and Uninstall all controllers and restart pc and see if all the ports are recognized and installed

automatically.

Go back to the controllers after restart and ensure there are no'!' ? marks or no 'X' against any controllers.
Hope this helps,
