I want to no how to wire the hole system up just
This appears to be a tough one to find for free. There is some info out there - but it will cost a few bucks. The service manual or sometimes called a "shop manual" is for those that work on damaged units - and is probably over the top for your needs. The operating manual or owner's manual is likely the same as the one that came with the unit when new. Either can be had at the site below for $15 and $10 respectively:

I am not affiliated with this or any other site that charges for manuals, tips, advice, etc.; and only offer it as a source for the info you're looking for. I hope this helps!
Overload error with no volume no speaker cords attached
Hello,
if its overloading, reduce the amount of speakers connected to it.
Or you can get a small fan and direct it to the Amp while its working, in order to cool the Amp and avoid it from Overloading.
Try facing a fan towards the engine and you will see that it will make a great difference.
Good luck.
Sound cuts when volume is turned up
check that power amplifier rating(how many watt)must be more than total speaker rating by 20% at least..
exampel:if speakers watts are 100 watt-amplifier watt must be 120 watt.
How do i fix the overload problem
1-amplifier power must be 20% more than total power of loudspeskers(if total lodspeaker power is 8 watt-amplifier must be 10 watt).
2-all input and output cable must be in good condition(no short or touch between wires inside it.
3-input signal must be(between -10db and 0db)
I cant get my record deck to work on my technics
Is the aux imput for tape or cd only? Or is it a dedicated phono imput?
If it is for tape or CD only it won't work has the cartridge from the deck needs a magnetic pre-amp.
If the amp doesn't have a phono imput you can get a pre-amp for cartridges from your local electrical shop. This will plug into your deck and then into the socket of the amp.
If the aux on your amp is a phono socket, assuming the record deck is working, then the pre-amp (inside your amp) for the cartridge has failed. It generally is located near the imput socket, chances are it will be single IC. It's a fair bet the IC will have failed, they tend to be static sensitive types prone to fail at the drop of a hat!
Technics amplifier su-v98, cuts off at 22-24 desibls
The most common cause of this is defective coupling caps inside. These allow some DC voltage to pass through to the final amp stage. This DDC voltage is detected by the protection circuit and the unit shuts down. This unit will require service. Please note that this should be a simple and inexpensive repair. The cost should be less than $10 for parts.
