Please check Capstan Motor working / rotating. If no, check its supply volts. If yes, then check Capstan Belt and FR Belt, should not be any cracks on it. If found cracks, please replace them.

These have been around at least since 2011. I can't even find Technics support page. I gather one might dig out the address for support from one of the manuals. But I can't find its manual, either, just one for the SH-8058. You might get some 3rd party support from a n appropriate forum in Tom's Hardware website. I've seen pages advertising this model used for shockingly low price or about $200. And a YouTube that may be in Spanish. If they are both Technics they should connect. There should a pair of connector holes on the back of the turntable, most likely a pair of 'Phono' jacks. Round connectors, one marked in red and the other marked in white. It may be marked as a "AUX OUT", "PHONO OUT" or "AUDIO OUT". On the back of the System on the top section, (Marked as 'stereo sound processor''), there should be a matching pair of round connectors marked as "PHONO". Connect the turntable using a good quality phono cable matching the red to red and white to white. Personally I would recommend the gold plated type cable. They are usually reasonably cheap and easy to find. You might have to change a setting on the system where you switch between radio and CD player to hear the turntable. It is often marked as 'AUX'.

Your best bet is to get a spray that is called deoxit gold for cleaning the volume control potentiometer. You have to disassemble the case to get to the internal portion and it could also be a bad solder connection on the board the control mounts to.

Faulty laser I expect.

Fuses should be tested - not assumed to be "fine". Check power switch for electrical operation. Check for broken/defective components.

CD players have plastic gears. The gears can be stripped if someone has pushed the tray instead of using the open/close button. If you hear grinding noises, more than likely the player is shot. Sometimes pushing eject and tapping on the tray at the same time may pop it out. I don’t think a reset will work in your case but it’s worth a try.

The right amplifier channel is defective.

This is hard to diagnose without special equipment. At the very least you need an OHM meter to test the speakers to see if they are ok. Beyond that you can use headphones to see if there is audio output. Other than that you need an oscilloscope or other visual diagnostic gear to check the amplifier.
