Some malware has infected your system...
Reboot your computer and while it is starting up press f8 key repeatedly until the windows boot options screen appears. Choose safe mode with networking to start your system. Then go to
www.malwarebytes.com and download the free malwarebytes anti-malware tool. Install it and update the definitions without restarting your system. Run a quick scan and remove any problems it finds. Only then restart your system normally.
If you cannot install MBAM for some reason in this way, you can create a boot disk that will run the program on your system, by following the instruction in
the malwarebytes support forums here.
