How to solve startup error

Some malware has infected your system...
Reboot your computer and while it is starting up press f8 key repeatedly until the windows boot options screen appears. Choose safe mode with networking to start your system. Then go to www.malwarebytes.com and download the free malwarebytes anti-malware tool. Install it and update the definitions without restarting your system. Run a quick scan and remove any problems it finds. Only then restart your system normally.
If you cannot install MBAM for some reason in this way, you can create a boot disk that will run the program on your system, by following the instruction in the malwarebytes support forums here.
If you're not comfortable following these instructions or for some reason are unable to run MBAM, please open a request for support here and an expert in malware removal will walk you through the process.
Alternatively, you can follow these instructions.
I hope this information allows you to resolve this issue. If you need further assistance, please post back with a comment to this thread.
If I've managed to answer your question or solve a problem, please take just a moment to rate this post....thanks!

How to reformat pc? wat is the problem if my pc is

Reformatting the PC is equivalent to smashing an ant with a sledge hammer in your case. You will have to reload all programs, etc. and that isn't what I think you want. Instead, try cleaning it with something like ccleaner and defragmenting it, as well as running spyware removers. Before I did anything though, I'd make sure the cooling fan is running. If not, the system will over heat and shut down and will exhibit all the same symptoms as spyware problems. I'd still clean, etc. though.
If you still want to reformat it, be sure you have the recovery CDs that came with it before you do. Put the 1st one in the drive and power it off/on. It should boot onto the CD and you can follow the directions. Careful with that hammer ;)

The Windows xp fails

First, I'd go to Microsoft update, up date to service pack 3.

(Start - All programes - Windows update)

If you can't or that doesn't work.

While booting, after the post report (Beep) press the F8 key several times. You should get a black screen white writing offering several boot options. Choose the "safe mode".

This will load a stripped out version of windows. Once loaded, Click on

Start - All programmes - Accessories - System tools - System restore - Choose a restore date prior to when your problems started. Just choose a date, hit ok then wait.

If that doesn't work, you're probably looking at a re-installation of windows. That cleans every thing off you computer so back up any data files you need to keep first.

I want to convert xp

Just "click" on the "Windows Genuine Advantage" window that you're seeing, to get instructions on how to "get genuine". Have your credit-card ready. Microsoft will send you software that upgrades your "non-genuine" software.

Or, just purchase and install Windows 7 Upgrade.

I am unable to open pdf file

Go to http://www.adobe.com/, near the top of the screen select Downloads. On the next page, in the upper+right hand corner you'll see "READERS AND PLAYERS" right below that select "get Adobe* Reader." Select the big, yellow, Download Now button (uncheck the google toolbar option first if you don't want the google toolbar). Follow the steps on the screen that follows and it will download and install Adobe Reader (and the google toolbar if you chose to download it). Now you can open PDF files. Hope this helps!

Rahul Virus Protection is actually MALWARE (virus in lehmen) on your system that seems to be keeping you from doing what it is that you are trying to accomplish with your iPod...
I suggest downloading/installing a scanner such as Malwarebytes... www.malwarebytes.org/ to scan and clean your system.
Avast is also another good scanner that I personally use, both are free.
Once the scans have completed, try to connect your iPod once again to see if that has fixed everything. If the scanners do not fix your problem... There are other step by step manual instructions that I can give you in order to remove this Malware from your system.
Hope this helps!

What is your observation and conclusion in windows

Sp3 brings a lot of new fixes to XP and it opens up the operating system to be able to run more programs. Ofcourse if you have SP2 this works just as for most things. I would recommend SP3 though simply for the security benefits that it offers.

Hi. I have a problem with the hard-disk. I have

Hi, Infact you do have a virus if you want to enter the other drive I'm assuming it would be D: on your computer go to windows explorer and right click on the drive select explore. This should open the drive. The next thing to do is select tools from the menu in the explorer window. Select Folder Options and then select view from the tabs. Scroll down till you see an option to see all files. Once that is done press ok. You should be still in your D: drive. Looking at the files now there should be an autorun file on the drive. This file was put there by a virus you can try deleting this file and all the other files that have funny names in the folder. This won't stop windows thou from giving you the Open With... if you double click the drive in you My Computer folder. The only work around I know is to right click the drive and select explore to get access to your files. I would then recommend backup everything on the drive that you need and formating that partition to make it work properly again.
