How to convert english xp sp2 to mandarin xp sp2?
Go to the start button, then control panel, when you open control panel
if you don't see Region and Language, look up in the top corner and switch to classic view.
In region and language is where you change the language and keyboard.
If Chinese is not there, you might have to have the windows XP disk,'
to install the language, so times they are not all installed to save space.
Also, go to windows updates, its also in control panel, check for updates, you might find that you can load the language from there .

How can i find activation product key of windows xp s2?
If your PC originally came with Windows XP - there should be a sticker on the case of the PC. It will be a 'genuine' Microsoft label...for XP.
There is a 5x5 code there for you. this code is very specific to the disc/recovery method you are using.
If you are using a Windows XP disc as an upgrade to the OS that was on your PC originally, the 5x5 code you need is located on the original box of the upgrade, or possibly on the sleeve the disc came in.
If you do not have the OEM sticker on the case of the PC or the genuine label from the box/disc....well, you are kind of out of luck.
If you have a brand-name PC, you may be able to obtain the ORIGINAL recovery discs from the OEM...sometimes for a fee. These original discs are sometimes self-activating - meaning you would not need a 5x5 code.

Ultrasurf failed connect server
If I can just reassure you understand the extent of Ultrasurf:
UltraSurf is a lightweight freeware program designed as an anti-censorship tool. It allows to circumvent firewalls using proxies and employs encryption protocols for privacy. Other applications include protecting your security on public WIFI, hiding your IP address and encrypted communication. When started, UltraSurf automatically finds proxy servers from a range of servers globally and builds a connection through an encrypted tunnel. The software executes without installation from a hard drive or portable media, for example USB drive, memory card or CD, and leaves no registry after shut down. Internet Explorer and Firefox are the currently supported browsers UltraSurf runs through.
if this was running smooth last week.. there are actually a number of things that could have happened.
first and foremost we would recommend double checking all your settings and connections... if all is PERFECT... then we would suggest reinstalling.
if not connect with author www.ultrasurf.us
thank you good luck

Skype kernel32
Skype v6.6.0.106 is the last version which supports XP SP2. If you try install newer version, you will need SP3 installed, or you will get the kernel32 problem "Failed to get proc adress for getLogicalProcessorInformation (KERNEL32.Dll)".
If you don't want to install SP3 for your XP, here is a work around for you to run Skype with XP SP2.
1. Download Skypesetupfull.exe v6.3.30.105;
2. Uninstall your current version of Skype from Control Panel;
3. Block the website download.skype.com in your router or in the
Host file;
4. Delete any auto downloaded skypesetup.msi in %Temp%
folder;
5. Install Skype v6.3.30.105.
Done.
