I have Samsung J2 version mobile phone. Now it makes a wired sound problems when I get a call. sometimes a error message is showing, Need a help from expert to check the problem
okay Don't worry, first you must start with troubleshooting, you can switch on your phone with safe mode. by this phone automatically disables the third part apps.
so you can get a clue if your phone having problem in third party apps , when troubleshooting phone may work normally without showing any issues.
if its not you can think that issues are in third party apps ! so you can uninstall apps one by one and check whether your receiving same issues as usual.
if you don't know how to enter to safe mode of your mobile just follow the steps,
first switch off the mobile and make sure to not to reboot. just power off your phone.

There isn't one. The only way is to do a hard reset and scrub it clean. If it is stolen or reported stolen or too many tries have been made to guess the pass code, it will be PUK Locked and only the telco can unlock it.
