Did you try going into "discoverable" mode in the headset?
Please follow these steps and this should help you pair it with the iPhone.
1. Go to Settings > General > Bluetooth 4. Ensure Bluetooth is turned On 5. Ensure the headset is turned Off 6. Press and hold the Answer button until you have a solid blue LED 7. Touch the headset in the list (on iPhone) 8. The passkey is 0000 (4 zeros) 9. Enter the PIN 10. Tap Done

To put the Jabra in discovery mode, turn it on and hold the answer/end button for five seconds until the bluetooth light starts flashing and it announces "pairing mode." Then connect with your cellphone!

No the Jabra Cruiser 2 bluetooth only allows one connection at a time.

Go to options menu on BB and locate Bluetooth.
- Enable Bluetooth.
- Then turn on Jabra 250 and Hold down the Multi-Function Button until you have a SOLID BLUE LIGHT on the LED on the headset. This could take up to 10 seconds and will take place after the LED has ceased to flash.
- Click add device on your BB.
- BB will search for your earpiece. 0000 is your passkey to add device

On your phone, make sure bluetooth is turned on (settings, general).

While your phone is in discovery mode, turn your bluetooth device on and put it in discovery mode (usually you have to hold the power button for 7-10 seconds).

Your phone will find the device, and you will be prompted to enter the devises PIN number (often 0-0-0-0). Your phone should pair with the device then.

Here's the procedure on how to paur both devices.

Turn the Jabra Cruiser on.

Press and hold the answer/end button for approximately 5 seconds until "pairing mode" is announced.

On the iPhone, go to the Settings icon, then select "General."

Select "Bluetooth."

In the Bluetooth screen, make sure Bluetooth is set to "On," and you should see "Jabra CRUISER" appear in the Devices section of the screen.

Select Jabra Cruiser, and pairing should finish automatically. You shouldn't be prompted for a passphrase but, if you are, use 0000

but the speaker in pairing mode by pressing and holding the multifunction button until the blue led flashes.
on the iphone, go to settings, 'General' and then 'Bluetooth' and select to 'On'
the iphone will find the speaker and it will appear in the list. when it does, tap it.
