is a useless program anyway, you can go into safe mode(reboot your pc tap f8) and delete the folder that is in your program files. Return to normal operation. There are two ways to remove the registry keys

you cant get into ur pc unless you have the password, am i right? if so, restart the pc and keep tapping the delete button on pc/laptop, then start as administrator when you get in goto control panel look for account wen u got it delete the old follder and make a NEW one, just follow wot it tells u, if still no joy try get a hold of me, paul.

power off laptop, press to power on and keep tapping F8..a menu should pop up,select safe mode. if you can get it started in safe mode do a system restore. if you dont mind loosing everything on it you could also format it ( check your model number and pressing a different button as it boots will take you to factory rest menu ) ...hope this helps

Hmmm... this was and still is a part of windows live mail, if you keep trying to open it, it will cause prob's, it maybe because there's a lot of ppl using it at once, restart pc/laptop if you can open the mail then do so and send yourself a message, if not then just leave it alone but keep trying it, if nothing by tomorrow then reinstall it don't delete the one your using just install over the top of it, let it delete it through set up, but there is a lot of ppl on it, which does slow up or crash others using it, forget about it and see if it comes back on its own tomorrow or later tonite if you still awake, hope this helps, leave another message if it don't work, there's other ways you can do it, paul.
