I had the same problem with invalid channel on all channels ! Had to reset the siriuss receiver by removing power for 15 sec and restoring! that means not just shuting it off but removing all power to the sirius unit not the clarion unit itself and reastablishing power to it turning on the clarion head unit and walah! satelite would recieve ESN and 184 and programing! Hope it works for you after 3 long waiting periods on the phone!

make sure all your wires are plugged in correctly also make sure your speaker wires are not crossed

My Sirius ST1 receiver froze. It reads "Sirius Radio" with the logs but goes no further in booting up. Any solutions?

I can't but Clarion can after showing some proof that you are the legit owner of the unit.

replace the connector for the power. Requires desoldering loose connector and soldering new connector not recomended for hte DIY

go to the menu and select fade f/r then adjust until happy should be in the middel

The unit needs to be replaced. solder pins on the PC board of the unit are broken. Clarion has about 100,000 of these units with the same problem. You can find a replacement online for $50 that's been fixed & the problem should not re-occur. Sorry for the bad news. Hope this helps

The only way to really tell what's up is to take it to a car audio shop that sells clarion and have them plug it in to one of their units. This model had a high fail rate. Don't try to send out for repair! it will take forever! You can replace it for 50 from crutchfield. Hope this helps

Hello cheriemd, To adress your first problem i would suggest disconnecting your battery and then reconnecting it, this should trip the radio and bring it back to default settings. As for the second question, Yes you can play your mp3 player with your car radio. There are differnt ways you may approach this, i woudl suggest buying a radio connector that will boardcast its own frequency from there you will be able to switch to that cannel and play. If this is not the case please write back and i would gladly help.
