Try restart the whole machine or restart the installer, if its a problem or frozen try hold Control+Alt+Delete and the go on "Task Manager" right click the installers name displayed on the Task manager and click End Process

To remove any program that is installed into your computer, please do the following steps.

there may be a short somewhere in the connecter that goes to your monitor. If it's the monitor itself.... Time to get another screen. you can take it in for repair but, thats expensive... Your better off getting a new one, or you can have a hand me down. thats always easy to find.
