Bunker hill digital safe
CHANGING CODE ON MODEL # 45891:On the inside of the door toward the hinge, you will see a small red button. Press this button until the yellow light on the front control panel lights up. Now you can imput the new code (1 to 8 digits) into the front control panel, followed by either the "A" or "B" key. The safe will beep twice (2 times) to confirm the code has been changed. Important: If the safe beeps 3 times, then the code has not been accepted and you must repeat the above steps. DO NOT LET THE BATTERIES RUN OUT BECAUSE YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO OPEN THE SAFE OR CHANGE BATTERIES.

Change batteries ASAP because if your batteries die you will be unable to get into the safe without the key. The batteries are located inside the safe. If you can't open the safe, you can't replace the batteries!!! There are NO replacement keys available for model #45891. We've tried. I would NOT buy this safe again for these reasons.!!!

Locked keys inside can't get
Take it to a locksmith, to try to unlock it, or to a welder, to cut open a corner, so that the keys will slide out. Then, buy a new safe.
I have a Brinks Safety
Hello,
If you cannot remember the code and the box is
locked, there is supposed to be a manual override key hidden somewhere on the safe.
If you can get into the safe, all you do is press the black reset button
on the inside of the door, then enter the combination of choice,
followed by the # sign.
But if you cannot get into the safe and you can't also find the manual, then I would suggest you contact Brinks vial e-mail or phone. They should certainly have the solution to fix this problem.
To contact brinks, visit this link; http://www.brinksinc.com/Contact-Brinks/Contact-Brinks.aspx
But you would have to prove that you are the owner to them.
I hope you understand the above.
Good luck.
