error 3 is that the cd is scratched and error 6 is the cd has been inserted upside down

This has a wiring diagram on page 36 that shows you what all of the wire's functions are.

Setting the Clock
1. Press and hold the [BND] button, and then
press the [DISP] button to display the clock
display.
2. Press and hold the [BND] button, and then
press the [DISP] button for 2 seconds or
longer.
3. Press the [<.....] or [..->] button to toggle
HOUR and MINUTE selection. Then turn the
[ROTARY] knob clockwise to increase hour I
minute or counterclockwise to decrease hour
I minute.
4. Press the [BND] button, then clock is set.

I have to search for this every time too. This product has an incredibly non-intuitive button inetrface. From the instruction manual (which can be found at http://www.devicemanuals.com/guide/Car%20Audio/Clarion/Clarion-DB245-CD-Installation-Manual-TkRZeU5qVT.html):

I know someone who has the same problem, but we figured out the antenna isn't wired right. Have you checked this yet?

I have not been able to find this installation manual anywhere else(including Clarions site), so this is about your only option.

note: Unfortunately not all radios can be decoded using the Serial Number 

If not then try your Main Dealer ...........or take it into a Decode Service who will plug in a laptop to read/recode the memory chip (EEPROM). This takes a few minutes and shouldn`t be too expensive

As long as you have connected the ground(black) try adding one wire at a time to the live(red). If possible try connection each wire one at a time to the power line and then both together. If nothing has blown(fuses) and the unit starts working then you can try by trial & error method the remaining wires. You should be able to figure out which wire is required and if there are any extra wires like cellular phone(mute) and then decide whether to connect them or keep them open.....sodeep

Sounds like you are missing one of the leads. You will probably need a new harness OR try any local stores to see if you can find the same length pin that snaps in to place on the molex plug
