if the lnb is okay and the dish is on target , for certain, I would have to check all the settings in the setup menus. Ensure the box is set to the correct stellite. If the box has a blind search faility run it. I would check that all settings, not just the satellite, are correct. If you have a signal meter check at the dih , then at the receiver end of the cable for signal strength, Ensure the sat cable is in the aerial / lnbinsocket and that , if required, a loopthrough cable is in the appropiate / correct sockets. Checking the menus would come after this. GOOD LUCK
