You should find a sticker in the front of the engine. But usually you're ok with a 50/1 fuel oil ratio.

I don't have the diagram here, but it should be mainly color on color. I'll look for a diagram if you couldn't get out.

Have a mix of 1.5%. Disconnect and plug the oil pump connections at the VRO. Unplug the wiring at the VRO. Disconnect the VRO and tank alarms.

Have you checked the oil quantity AND quality in your drive? You can drain the gearbox by removing the lower drain plug and the filler plug on the drive. It's possibily full of water and your drive just seize when hot...

yes servicewater pump checked over was it stored off the boat if attached to an aluminum hull (electrolysis ) check over for corrosion internal and all wiring connections in any water jackets or intakes ..mud wasp nestsor rodents

Engine # MAY be the same. Should be top of crankcase.

There should be two hot wires one from the battery and one from the switch the one from the switch check should be hot when the key is held on the start if it is the starter solenoid is bad

I have had ones that I had to drill out,the centre of the pin rusts and ends up being larger than the hole,not an easy job

I need more info. Two hose fuel line? If single hose with primer bulb, can you keep it running by pumping primer bulb? Picture would help. Will it idle for longer? Will it go over half throttle?

How old? If it is the old system that looks like a spiral ramp, very carefully. I knot one end, feed it into the hole at the top and then feed it around without taking apart the starter. The spring is a pain to work with.

is fuel tank clean of water and carbs etc clean ?

what 2stroke oil you using and mix ratio ? Quicksilver outboard oil is best and 50:1 mix ! send a picture of your carbs , side views and intake with airbox cover off !
