SLP or SL Message

If the SLP or SL Message is Alternating with the Water Temperature on the Display, the Spa is Operating in the Sleep Heating Mode.

If the SLP or SL Message is ON Solid (Not Flashing) on the Display, the Spa is Operating in the Sleep Heating Mode, but there is No current water temperature because the Spa is between Filter Cycles.

As with any troubleshooting over the Internet, this is like giving a haircut over the phone. So, that being said, this problem could be any number of reasons.Here are some things you should have a spa technician look at (not in any specific order):

• Power connections
• Relay
• Whether the transformer is seated properly
• Whether there are loose wires

Disconnected all the components and see if it still does the same thing. If not, then one by one, reconnect the components until you isolate the problem. If the problem persists, then you might have a larger problem like a blown circuit board, etc.Hope that helps!

F6 typically doesnt indicate an error. This is usually a programming code that tells you spa to filter every 12 hours.

If it is a FLo code that just looks like an F6, then you need to either replace the filter, replace the flow switch , or make sure the pump is pushing enough water.

Hi, if your Spa does not run, no power, nothing works, the you have to check the components associated with it which includes the Fuse, GFCI, Input wiring and High-limit switch..... The 4 listed guide will help troubleshoot the malfunction using a logical progression of tests and observations, to isolate and identify the problem. Electrical repairs can be dangerous, especially around water. I strongly recommend that repairs be referred to a qualified electrician or spa technician.
