Are you using any application to take pictures ??please check your camera and gallery settings there must be something wrong with it. i would also recommend to install Antivirus just to check if there's some unwanted virus which might be corrupting your files/pictures.

Hello, I just had the same problem when unlocking my HTC Incredible S2. After unlocking i had no data connection and the support center from unlocking site told me it has something to do with the APN settings of my phone. seems like hardware issue.I had the same problem.opened up the phone , pulled out the camera and put it back in, restart... and voila!! it works!
