3 pin code
Are you referring Network unlock pin code ?
If it is so, then you can get it from your Network service provider or any third party online vendors like
Unlocking4U.com here you need to specify your country,Network name to which it is locked,IMEI number of your phone.

Keep asking sim card
Does your phone shows "insert sim card " error even though the sim is in? As far as I know there are two possibilities to get this error message. One is poor signal of that respective network for which you just need to switch OFF and ON your mobile and the mobile will be able to receive the signal from near by tower. You may also get this error message when you are trying to insert a sim other than which the mobile is locked to.To solve this problem you need to unlock the phone from that particular network or use the same sim to which the mobile is locked to.You can unlock HTC phones using unlock code from any vendors online like http://www.unlocking4u.com/htc/rs5wp8/

Locked out, no password reset available, no factory reset available
Here is how you factory reset your phone:
- Turn the power off. If your HTC Wildfire is frozen, pull the battery out and reinsert it
- Hold the Volume Down button
- Press and release the Power button
- You are now presented with a menu that allows for Fastbook, Recovery, Clear Storage, and Simlock
- Select Clear Storage by pressing the Volume Down button
- Press and release the Power button
- Now simply confirm your decision: Volume Up for YES and Volume Down for NO
(If you selected YES, all
data including third-party applications will be deleted from the HTC Wildfire. Once the wipe is complete, the phone will reboot to its factory fresh state.)
If you just need temp access and you can log into the google account associated with phone. Then you can: (With phone on) go to play.google.com from a pc. log in. and search for lock screen bypass. select your device and choose install. give it a few minutes to complete. reboot phone and wait for a bit and you will see the screen lock bypass app show up. click add admin account. sometimes it will throw you back to lock. just reboot and do it again. once you are at screen lock bypass app after adding admin account press BACK (pressing home will usually result in lock screen). And when you first boot phone its good to wait at least 2 - 3 minutes before pressing back to home screen. (I see better result and less lockscreen hiccups.) once you are finished you can reboot phone again and when bypass pops up you can uninstall from there. While in backup your data and do a factory data reset afterwords to get back into your phone properly. Good Luck

It was dropped on floor no external damage but
Your screen digitizer is broken.I assume it is "touching" without you touching it.This is due to microscopic damage. Tell your carrier it just "broke" and you should get it repaired.
