Do you mean the network unlock?I was not able to find a free unlocking service for the mobile model that you have specified....You can get the unique unlock code for your HTC Wildfire mobile from Theunlockspot.com and remove the network lock very easily.

Go to Menu->Settings->Languange and Keyboards->Touch Input->Text Input. You can then uncheck "Prediction".
