Hi, contact your carrier to be sure they are not having issues. They may have you reprogram your phone. They will give you a code to enter. You could also push the activate phone button and see if that would correct the problem. I would try my first suggestion by contacting them. I would get contacts backup app and SMS backups app first. Back them up as well as any app settings. Then I would go to application settings in settings and press the menu button and reset the application settings or navigate to factory reset and then setup your locks in the beginning and then import your contacts, your SMS messages and your old app preferences. After that I would test both instant lock and timeout lock.

Hi Friend,I would recommend to first of all check if the Data Connection option is enabled beacuse most of the times after hard reset the phone it will turn of the data connection because it resets to the factory default. Kindly check if data connection is On.If the above option is enabled, I beleive you have to get the Internet settings back from your operator/phone company.Kindly check and let me know if it helped and let me know if I can be of any more help.

I had this problem when my SD card began to fail. Try pulling it out and rebooting. If that solves the problem, copy the entire SD card to a new one and reinsert it. With luck, you'll be good to go.
