i am iranian man and i see you have a problem and solve it do not forget iranian people are good & claver people select settings >>connectivity >> admin.settings >>packet data connection and change to "when required "

Try to do a master reset. You can find it on phone setting. Choose reset all. But please note that it will delete all of your data in phone memory (not memory card). So, please make a backup first

simple first change your profile to flight mode and change it back to other profile 100% sure it will be fixed try it :)

You have to be connected to the internet.
you can go to any web site to download a song, but it has to be in mp3 form. the only way it will actually save to your cell phone library is if you listen to the song while it is being downloaded.
