Alternatively you could go to gmail on a computer and click forgot password. You will lose ALL DATA on phone if you do this. It will be fresh out of box again.

Please note that this will wipe your data out ( not the memory on your Sd card)

This can be hardware related- a failure of the camera or associated circutis. So to confirm if the phone has hung up because there of errors in the software we need to reset. So remove the battery and the memory card from the phone. Using your PC , scan the memory card for any corrupt files or media files with virus- it is possible when they are downloaded from unsafe sites. If so remove or format the card. Now replace the card and battery and switch on the phone. If the phone shows the same fault it is better to seek help from the authorized service /support centre. Take estimate and decide.
