The bluetooth is already been setup in your phone, all you have to do is switch it on to have it activated. To activate, go to to your phones connectivity and switch it on or activate.

There is no built in file manager.
If you want to manage files etc you can download a FREE manager APP from the "Market" this is in your menu labelled "Market"
Just tap "Apps" when the market opens then tap the "FREE" tab and search for a file manager.

There are several to choose from try them all and see which is best for you. :)

Good day,there is probably an error in the established bluetooth link between the phones,my solution goes thus;
Put off the two phones and turn back on after 5mins,reconnect the phones via bluetooth and transfer the files,if the problem persists,it means the problem is solely from either of the phones,try transferring with other phone to establish where the fault is from and let me have a fitback to this solution

Seems Battery is not fully charged. Try to charge battery using universal charger then try to switch on the phone.

Contact your service provider, they should know if you can change networks.It is a 2 & 3G only phone so that will restrict it as 3G is now obsolete.

What message are you getting on the screen when you turn the phone on? Is it recognising there is a sim card there but not letting you use it? Unless you had an app like LookOut or Prey (highly recommend both) it is highly unlikely. Try talking to your service provider and see if they can track the GPS, otherwise you are SOL.
