Hello There!!!!!! Well this is gonna take some work... First thing to start with is... When you replace the bulb/s -does the bulb actually illuminate? If you shine a very bright light into the surface of the screen can you see a faint image of whats on the set? Do you get sound? If the bulb is illuminating, is it blowing soon after? Did the set return to normal operation after replacing the bulb the first time? Side Note-Never touch a high power bulb glass enclosure because you can leave oils and moister that lesson the life of the bulb or make it more prone to blowing. Storage might have more than a little to do with the problem, especially if it has been subjected to freezing temperatures and/or high humidity, also some types of (used) capacitor do not take kindly to being "rested". Your tv seems to be a high value rather specialised type that would be best, after re-reading the instruction manual, entrusted to a repair shop; preferably a Mitsubishi approved repairer.

Might not be the bulb! IT could be the ballast or a temp sensor.
