Your model the VS-60111 is the V20A chassis which doesnt have a DM board. I can assist with the issue but will need to know what the set does when you pug it into the electrical outlet and also what happens when you press power? Any lights? if so what color and is it solid light or blinking? Please respond to this same post for further assistance.

When it shuts off and the green power light goes off, press both the menu and input buttons on the front of the set (not the remote) and hold both for about five seconds and release.Power light will blink a two digit error code like 2 blinks and then 3 blinks and repeat it several times.What is the error code?

the pico fuses are 6.3 amp. any type pico fuse rated at 6.3 amp will do and the convergence ic's are labeled on the body of the ic. (STK 391-010 or similar). the board that the ic's are on can be removed without removing the entire tray. the connectors are marked and even different sizes to prevent miss-connection when installing board abain. be carefull removing the board as the screws holding it in also hold the heat-sink for the ic's as well as the shield for the generator module.
And do please unplug the set first!!

should be like 1 pause then a 2 or something

When you turn it on and the set goes off---engage the self check this model has:

On the front of the set press and hold BOTH MENU AND INPUT(or device) for at least 5 seconds and RELEASE both buttons.

The front power light should blink a two digit error code: for example------2 blinks, a pause and 2 blinks--this is the most common error and the most easy to repair.

waste your time as the DM is NOT AND HAS NOT BEEN AVAILABLE AS A PART for a while, several sites sell kits and PTS Electronics does repair them.Just posting a part number also is a waste of time

the set does have a hard reset based on exact model number and using the original Mitsubishi remote, its called the option menu and the 4 digit number code is model specific.

This is sometimes called the "blinking green light of death" and usually means the DM unit in the set needs repair. The only other simple thing may be the reset switch on the front of the set has gone bad; The only way to see is to get at and unplug the front keyboard on the set.I can tell you how to do that if you want to know.Takes about 5 minutes and if set still does not come on then the DM unit is bad.sj

Good day!!!That problem is usually cause of faulty capacitors on the power supply board..Just follow this instruction to fix your TV..1. Open the back cover of your TV.2. Look at the power supply board..Its normally connected to the power cord..3. After that,,try to look at the actual image of capacitors if it is bulged on the top so that you can easily determine the bad capacitors..4. After that,,try to replaced the bad capacitors using soldering iron and soldering lead..replaced the capacitors only with the same type ratings and value..5. Some of the capacitors not bulged so its better if have a capacitance meter

Replace the two Convergence amp ICs they are both STK392-570 Ics you can get replacements at the following link with free instructions on how to remove the old and replace the new ones.

2blink-then 3 blink---------deflection circuit problemIt is a little misleading but means something in Horizontal or high voltage circuit (covers a lot of area inside the set) is bad.Going to need a service manual, etc to try to track it down.Entire chassis for this set can be removed====called a light box.

The model indicated here is not designed for hookup with a laptop or computer at all.

yes, for under thirty dollars you can replace the chips in the set and have it working again.

HelloThe power supply starts ON and suts down immedieatly, means there is some short circuit with its main board. In most cases Horizontal output section will have the shorted component/s. You must ahve knoledge in electronics, and experience in troubleshooting the horizontal output section of your set.
