My mitsubishi ws-65513 picture makes a pop noise

If you have the time you might just want to measure them with a cap tester. It is not uncommon for a bad capacitor to look beautifully new.

Blinking light

If you have to change one or two bulging capacitors, then you may as well change them all. They won't cost much and would be available in any electronics store. Just make sure the values in uF as WELL as the voltage and temperature ratings are the same. All the info is stamped on the capacitors jackets.

Constant green blinking light Mitsubishi tv WS-65513

A quick fix for this is to use a hair dryer to heat up the capacitors and then plug the tv back in.  It should only take about 90-120 seconds to heat them up depending on how hot the dryer is.  The cap's are located on the right side.  Take the front cover off the TV, and heat up the box that is about the size of a small cable box on the right side.  Once the cap's are warm, they will stay warm as long as the TV stays plugged in.

I replaced the ws-65513 capacitors, however it still flashes green. Tv dept guy said probably messed up the DM board. Where can i get a replacement? thank you,

First disconnect the front keyboard which has the reset switch--the switch can fail and cause this exact issue.

In doing some electronic testing in your tv you should be familiar with the parts specially the convergence section of your tv but if you are not handy in electronics I suggest that you should contact a service technician because one mistake your tv may not be repair or it will be harder to repair. And it will save you from stress good day and best regards.

It has rolling wavy screen with green lines

Make sure its not your input source. See if you get the waves through both a DVD player and a Cable box. If you do, your signal board is bad.
