Timer light is blinking and won't come on

Thats a very common problem with that model which is the V26 chassis. You can get the V26 Chassis DLP DM ? Power repair kit from www.tvrepairworld.com which has the replacement caps known to fail on the DM and Power boards. The kit also has the CD with step by step repair instructions.

Mitsubishi wd 62527 has very dark picture changed

Clean the small front projection mirror. That mirror can get dust on it and will cause the projected image to appear dull and dim and cleaning that mirror will usually restore the brightness and crisp details in the image.

Mitsubishi WD-62527 replacement lamp install and brightness low

as i previously posted, my picture was dim, muddy looking after replacing lamp with osram lamp. i fixed mine by taking the screen off and cleaning the small mirror. it had a thick layer of dust on it, cleaned with a microfiber cloth. no water, no glass cleaners. i also used a very fine new small paint brush and dusted the projector lens which also had a dust film. brightness, contrast and clarity returned!

Tv turns off and status light blinks red

Examine the inside of the set for a lot of dust and dirt and also of course examine and or if needed replace the lamp the model indicated here uses.Dust and dirty fans will trigger the set off and in some cases not allow it to turn on.

No power at all, no lights, nothing.

Hi Judd,First of all, thank you for posting your question here at Fixya. If there's no LED light at the front panel, this is an indication that the power supply of your unit is dead. My first advice is to check the AC source (outlet). Plug the TV's power cord's to a known working outlet to ensure that the fault not came from the AC source. If you are using a surge protector, bypass it and directly plug the TV to the outlet. If still the symptoms persist, I would advice you to check the continuity of the internal glass fuse of the power supply board using a multimeter set in resistance measurement. This board is where the power cord's directly connected. Sometimes, fuse fail due to power surge, voltage fluctuation, and/or aging, if this is the case, replacing with same current (ampere) rating resolve the issue. Glass/ceramic fuse is widely available at electronics store. However, if the new fuse blew again, this is an indication of more serious problem. I would advice you to replaced the entire board rather than troubleshoot it because the cost is almost the same. Click HERE to order online. Replacing this board is not technical and no soldering required. Unplug the unit from the outlet overnight, open the rear cover, familiarize all connectors from the power supply board and then disconnect them, unscrew the board, put in the new board and replaced the connectors and your done.Hope I helped you.Again, thank you so much!Rating and feedback are highly appreciated!Good luck and take care!Mjsazon1_23_2012_11_36_44_pm.jpg

What is error code 44

There is a Website called manualshark.org which has manuals for your brand. There was a problem in the "LightEngines" of some of the 61-62 inchers. Thats what killed mine. You can get some of the parts, but not the Motherboards and there was a court settlement. My service guy just plugged another wheel in and a powerbox. It worked, but it had what they call a "clouding issue" which is like a vapor halo around objects. They warrantied me a little.I went to a 58" Samsung Plasma. Pulled it away from wall about a foot and it made up for the 3" difference in viewing size. It was thinner than Mitsi so I had the room anyway.
