Clear ricoh 5510L error code 0544

try executing sp 5810
if there is no 5810 just turn machine off while in sp mode using the red on/off switch
This should clear the code

however if there is a problem with your fuser the code will come back.
Caution dont reset multiple times in a row or you will do damage to the machine or fuser from it getting too hot

PUT IN NEW FUSER RICOH 5510L AND GOT A 0544 ERROR

This is... tricky. You need to enter SP mode (User Tools, hold #, enter 1-0-7, then press Start). Then set the PRINTER[01] bit. Turn machine off, then on again.

This assumes the fuser/roller is properly operating and you just accidentally cleared the error bit state by replacing it out of sequence.

Ricoh FAX5000L - Check: Network Error! [10-40]

Usually this means it was previous;y hooked up to a network, or the network settings have changed and they are mismatched. Do you use it as a printer? If not, in the user settings, (I'm not exactly sure where, but you can download a manual at ricoh.com) just set all the network settings to 0's - for example Ip address, gateway, etc. Otherwise set them correctly in order to print.

Ricoh Aficio fax 5000L (error code & Factory Settings?)

HI there below is the reason for your error message and it is to do with the laser unit and will normally need to be replaced when this message comes up.

Hexagonal mirror motor startup error 3-31

You could try resetting it by the following
· Try to clear the service call condition (for failures which are not related to the
fusing unit): switch the power off, wait 10 seconds, then switch back on.

I take it you have already tried this but if this doesn't work then the unit will need replacing

Thanks J

Aficio 5000L will not receive most faxes.

That is a problem with your phone service. Your fax machine does not care where the fax comes from.
