It has 100 wats/channel into 6 ohms theoretically.But it doubt it will drive the speakers simultaneusly at the rated power just like most of the receivers-not enough power in the power circuitry/transformer and cause distortion.I think it can handle 30-40 wats/ch without distortion.

try to change the power fuse they look like a clear tube with metalic cap on each side and it is a wire inside them you need to look after a fuse with broken wire and replace it if all fuse are intact i dont know what to do

Since this is a powered subwoofer, the problem is most likely in the electronics. The most likely component in the amp would the output device. You could look inside to see if it actually has any discreet components in the output. It may just be a single integrated circuit. If so, many of these i.c.'s are dirt cheap, and can be purchased from many electronics parts outlets.
