Bios password dell vostro 3500
Hi,
Going by your post it looks like you require the BIOS password. Let me know if the password prompt appears before or after windows boot. Do send me the system service with the customer details like customer name, place of purchase, shipping address, email address and phone number along with a picture of the password prompt screen via email to
[email protected] . I will then check and see what can be done.

I have a problem when i put a sim card in my computer
You will need a model number for the 3G modem you are using and then download this from which ever manufacturer that it is. It is the modem that needs the driver not the sim card itself. If an inbuilt modem then the correct drivers can be downloaded from the dell website.

Hello,It is probably a driver problem. Which keyboard are you reffering to? Is it an external keyboard or the keyboard that comes with your laptop? I suggest that you update the keyboard driver of your computer. You can install
RadarSync software so that you can scan your computer. This software will grab the correct driver update so you don't have to search for the driver anymore which is usually very hard to find. David

If you are looking for the device drivers for this Dell laptop then - You can download the device drivers from Dell WEB site, the support download page. Make sure you select your model desktop or laptop, better still, type in the Service Tag number, it is printed on the label on the bottom of the laptop and on the back or sides of a desktop. (If the Service Tag label is missing then go into the BIOS setting and on one of the BIOS pages, the Service Tag number will be displayed). This will open the page where the specific drivers for your model computer are located. Also make sure you select the Windows of the drivers for your Windows operating system. Dell Vostro 3500 suddenly shut down, start up and
this is happening because of bios upgrade but not in a bad way. May be there is a hardware problem just starting so new bios upgrade is detecting that and thats why its restarting.
basically sudden shut down occurs in either cases- Fan not working or hard disk(or RAM) gone bad.
my advise is to contact dell customer support and they will guide you thru trouble shooting steps.
they will guide you if your warranty is not there.
