Try to direct enter a number with the numbers on the remote--if it goes there ok look in the menu of the set as most have a add or delete feature there.

set in air band, you want catv or cable band.

Look in main menu, set is now in the air band which is 2-13 and you want it in the catv or cable band.

Did you program it with the Orion Code, I believe it's a 4 digit number??? YOu'll have to read the manual for the remote but most have instructions and various codes. If it worked before, it might just need reprogramming. OR the batteries could be low, that will affect some though usually they will keep the code until changed.

The vertical sweep output section of your tV has the fault. Replace all the electrolytic capacitors [5 or 6 of them there] at one time. Height to the picture is more than normal is the fault now.
