Hi - I had the same issue buying the dash in NZ same time as you and had to take it back and they changed the wheel bearing and is so much better, it actually turns and with 1 hand. I know of 5 others that also purchased same model about same time and all had same issue. If shop shut down I'd contact P&Ts in NZ and ask them what you should do

You could have someone weld it...usually a junk yard or auto mechanic will be able to do this..my father was a great welder and he could put anything back together. This is usually pretty inexpensive and should hold forever.

Dear Jo B,Have you made sure that none of the fixing bolts or bearings that hold the wheels in place are stuck or seized? If they are not, then you might need to adjust any of the retaining springs that also fix the wheels to the rest of the stroller assembly (if these springs are indeed fitted). Any bearing grease, or even car axle/ CV joint grease will do fine. Some of these strollers also have a clip that you push down with your foot and it locks the wheels in certain positions. Check that this clip is not broken or misfitting, also check the brake bar too.Hope this helps and do let me know how you get on.Yours sincerelyOuszen

Visit your local bike shop they'll pump up the tires and replace the tubes if required.

hi .I'm in Queensland and have just placed an order for a front wheel n hood through my local stockist failing that perhaps get a cheepie off ebay and keep for spares!

I know how you feel, I had the same problem the only stroller that they could'nt open was perego ones,you can buy a baby buddy at albeebaby.com and attach it to the stroller, it buckles on the back so they can't open it,It worked for me..
