Hello, problem is from the flex. The flex is connected to the screen. Sometimes the flex worn out and the screen won't display. The flex is connected to the phone board. This is common with flip and slide phones. The flex worn out as a result of constant opening and closing of the phone.Have the flex replaced and phone display should be restored.Regards.

You will have to replace the lcd on it or try to get a warranty thru verizon. I have repaired alot of these and its a common problem. The outer screen is still working if it is then you will have to get it replaced.
