I have 2 DeWalt Lithium-ion batteries Apprx. 4 years old, charged 3 times...won't charge now

Either bad batteries or a bad charger. You can use a multimeter to test for DC voltage output in the charger.

How can i remove the chuck from my cordless dewalt

Hello, W/D here.

To remove your chuck, open the jaws of the chuck fully, but don't open them so tight that they lock in the open position. Remove the screw inside the chuck. Spray the inside of the chuck with penetrating oil. Tap around the edge of the chuck, while pulling it away from the motor.
It should come right off, with a little effort.

Best regards, --W/D--

Why does my chuck keep loosening

First check whether you have the correct transmission setting for the bit you are using. This may affect the range over which the chuck operates and how it locks onto the bit. A conventional small-diameter drill bit may not work with a hammer drill setting. If the setting is correct, then either your hands aren't as strong as they used to be and you're not getting the chuck tight, or the chuck is worn and no longer has enough friction to hold. Try this diagnostic: when you put a bit in, use a fine-tip felt marker to draw a line from the chuck collar (the part you turn to tighten or loosen) to the chuck baseplate. If the bit comes loose, check to see if the collar is still lined up at the same place relative to the baseplate. If it is, the chuck pieces are slipping inside; perhaps the transmission setting is incorrect for the bit chosen. If the collar has worked loose (the marks didn't stay lined up), the threading on the collar or the parts it engages could be worn.

Just stopped working completely no power

This is an excellent tool, I have 3 myself and I've had similar issues. Here are a few things you can try.

1. Dewalt seems to have a glitch in the speed control slide on the top. I say this because with two of my drills I sometimes have to slide it from low speed to high, and then back again to get it to engauge.

2. I have also had to clean the contact points in the charger, as well as the ones on the drill.

I hope one of these will help resolve your issue.

How do I unlock the chuck to get the bit out

Finally got it the normal way. Put the drill in reverse. Hold the outside ring very firmly and slowly run the drill (in reverse direction). It was stuck. After about 5 bursts on the trigger, it finally came unstuck.

How does a drive guide

You attach it on the machine after you have attached the drill bit. If the drill bit is 100 mm for example (4 inches) and you want to drill 50mm (2 inces) only then you make the drive guide to be 50mm (2 inches) ahead of the drill machine.

Jaws won't tighten or loosen to hold a bit

Hmmm some times the counterclockwise screw that attaches the chuck to the drill come forward and that is how then it stucks the 3 parts that fix a drill to a chuck. Check if this screw come forward. If yes then destroy it and replace it... We destroy it by using a drill smaller than it (usually it is 5mm so we use 4mm bit and of course a CARBIDE one because even cobalt ones can not drill a hardened bolt)
