trigger has solid particles behind trigger. carefully disassemble trigger and blow out debris Be gentle with tiny O-rings as they will disintegrate before your eyes, rinse all parts and reassemble. good luck

Man ur needle is worn or bad altogether...look on the back of the fluid needle, might be adjustable...if so, roll the nut FORWARD about a whole turn. If not adjustable...

this can be contributed to the seals around the needle part of the trigger operation they get hard and don't seal properly check gland seal nut for adjustment to place tension on the gland to make it seal make sure that air bleed hole in the lid is clear and not blocking off

I think I would 1st check to make sure the fluid nozzle is not leaking (sucking) any air. There may be a small piece of debris between the nozzle and body causing it not to be completely sealed. Another place to check would be the pick up tube to the main body.
