Proform tredmill starts runs 10 sec and beeps twice and stops
I would suggest unplugging the unit from the wall and waiting 30 second and plugging it back in. Then go to where the AC cord enters the machine and look for a reset button or switch. Put it in the reset position and see if this solves the problem. Depending on model the reset may be on the bottom of console.

Easy to do it yourself. Just mark the threads on some of your adjustment bolts.

On Off switch location
If this is a PROFORM 520 TRAINER TREADMILL (PFTL49807) then it has no on/off switch, but it has a reset/off switch the safety key is the component unit that disengages the reed switch on the upper console thus shutting down the unit into standby mode.

My proform 400i treadmill screen is on, it says if it. The incline works, the treadmill doesn't move.
