This make all this adjustments:Make sure the sensor speed is as close as possible to the pulley withouttouching it. You will see a magneton the face of the pulley; make sure the sensor is aligned with themagnet. There is a screw thatholds the sensor in place that needs to be loosened to adjust thesensor. Re-tighten the screw whenfinished.Good luck, sincerely.E.CUADRA

Hi! We have a
Welcome to FixYa!
Check if the latch knob is
facing the correct direction. It should be
facing inwards, not outwards.
The upper barrel should
insert through the latch knob and lower barrel if the latch knob is placed in the correct direction. Please refer to the image below.
Note that assembling the storage latch is crucial. It can damage the latch knob if installed incorrectly.
I hope this will help.
Thank you for using FixYa and have a great workout!

When you have adjusted the most you can, should
If you have tightened the belt and it continues to slip it is usually a sign that the deck and belt are worn. You may be looking at repairs that might be more costly than getting a new machine. You can check the deck by sliding your hand under the belt (not running) and feeling the deck surface. If you feel grooves or any rough spots then you need to replace it. The underside of the walking belt will also feel fuzzy like a peach if the fibers are breaking down.
If the machine is not very old or hasnt had much use then it could be several other things causing the slipping/stopping of the belt.

My 2750 pro just shut off only two weeks old
A treadmill will shut down from to much friction which is due to high motor current because the walkbelt and deck are not properly lubricated. I would recommend applying .5 oz of lubricant on the deck every 3-6 months or 100 hours of use. This will extend your treadmill's life many years.

When running on our treadmill the belt slips.
Hello, It sounds like you have aslipping front roller pully. Remove the motor hood and watch the front roller while you are on it. Once the belt is moving slowly, try to stop the wlak belt by planting your fett for a second, if the walk belt stops, but the drive belt and motor continue to run, the plastic pully is slipping and the whole front roller will need to be replaced.
Hope this answers your question. If you need further help, I’m available over the phone at

Belt will not stay tight.
Is it slipping side-to-side or front-to-back? If side to side, you can stop this by adjusting the two allen bolts on the bottom fronts sides of the treadmill. If it is front to front, and your treadmill is more than a few years old, the belt is probably stretched and needs replacing.
You can get a quote for a new belt at

How i unfold it?
There is allot of weight on the "Storage Latch". You may need to push forward on the treadmill a bit, pull the black knob, then slowly let the machine unfold. Taking the weight off the "Storage Latch" will make it easier to release the latch..

If the walking belt is off-center, remove the key and UNPLUG THE POWER CORD. If the walking belt has shifted to the left, use the hex key to turn the left idler roller bolt clockwise 1/2 of a turn; if the walking belt has shifted to the right, turn the left idler roller bolt counterclockwise 1/2 of a turn. Be
careful not to overtighten the walking belt. Plug in the power cord, insert the key, and run the treadmill for a few minutes. Repeat until the walking belt is centered
