You can completely switch off the power for a few minutes and there is also a 'reboot' button at the front/bottom of the treadmill that needs to be pushed for about 5 sec (check manual). In my case that did not work and I had to replace the complete control panel/dashboard. My problem was different, I got funny messages about errors and flashing numbers on the dashboard. Tunturi was helpful in getting me the necessary spare parts. Good luck.
is the new outlet the same as the old or did you put a adapter on the plug? sometimes if the machine does not "feel" the ground, it wont come on.. its a safety thing..
Dear Sir:LUBE inmediately the machine, the problem is lack of maintenance, maybe you have deck belt worn, that produce enough friction and by consequence shut down the machine.2) Lube the rollers bearing in according with the instr.manual schedule.3) Measure the voltage motor, if there are voltage the motor need repair or replace.4) Test the output voltage board, for input voltage motor, if there are NOT voltage the board is faulty.5) Run the software calibration for diagnose, and troubleshooting.See my personal tips for help.sincerely. God bless you.
see the video attached. lube the rollers brearing front and back too.test the terminal motor voltage with VOM, if there are the motor is faulty. test the output voltage control board for input voltage terminal motor, if there are NOT voltage the board is faulty. See my personal TIPS.God bless you
pleae RUN inmediately the software caibration for diagnose, troubleshooting, fix it.LUBE the gear and shaft elevation motor, see the diagram2) test the elevation motor, see the instruc.God bless you
ADJUST THE SPEED SENSOR:Make sure the sensor is as close as possible to the pulley withouttouching it. You will see a magneton the face of the pulley; make sure the sensor is aligned with themagnet. There is a screw thatholds the sensor in place that needs to be loosened to adjust thesensor. Re-tighten the screw whenfinished.ADJUST TOO: 1/8" THE SENSOR SWITCH SEE THE DIAGRAM.See the block diagram for any treadmills. how the main controller board has the aprox 90% of function. You must finally test the Main C.B.Sincerely.E.CUADRA
As a general rule, the belt should be kept as loose as possible. However, the belt must not slip on the rollers in normal use. Possible overtension can be quickly checked by walking on the belt at a speed of 3 mph The belt must slip on the front roller if you brake the belt with your feet, holding onto the hand rails, while you walk. If the belt does not slip, the tension is too high and the rear roller must be loosened.
The belt tension and alignment is done by adjusting the rear roller position with the attachment bolts at the back of the treadmill a 1/4 turn at a time until correct tension attained. T
