this seems to be a scenario where in your computer is affected by virus that's the reason for the slowness and also the duplicate folders getting created..
try to get some free virus software like avast or avira..it would be better if you format your system completely and start using the computer with an anti-virus on it

Most of the bigger Anti Virus makers have free online scanners that can let you know if you have a problem. Try Symantec, McAfee, etc. Also google "free online virus scan". (I would only trust the big name companies, though.) I believe Symantec will even clean any problems that you may have.

My PC get some new
No, you don't want this expensive and not so efficient antivirus.
Get Avast instead, far better and free for home use.

I install symantec antivirus but its disable auto
You got a virus that designed to disable Norton. Do yourself a favour, uninstall Norton. Here a link to an excellent free piece of software for home users. Download it, install it, update it, schedule a boot-time scan, you wil be amazed by just how much it finds & it wont slow your system by being too labour intensive like symantec.

Hany
If you are only interested in the AntiVirus component of this piece of software I would switch to MSE. You can deploy it on all of your Windows computers, and it is free. See instructions on how to install MSE on my tip, here:
