Hi i have an astatic 200s that is not working

That is a HIGH VALUE antique mic. It is a CRYSTAL type microphone and as such is a HIGH IMPEDANCE type requiring a preamp with high inout impedance. You will get nothing if you run it into inouts intended for a dynamic mic.

Do not damage it as it has antique value around $200
