Behringer C1U Microphone - Page 8 Questions & Answers
I don't know how to use behringer feedback
Determine where in the mixer's signal path to connect the unit. Your options are:
1. One or two individual microphone channels via the mixer's CHANNEL INSERT in/out jacks.
2. The monitor mix output via the mixer's MONITOR OUT jacks.
3. The main mix output via the mixer's MAIN OUT jacks.
2
Connect a balanced cable with
the appropriate connectors from CHANNEL INSERT OUT jacks on the desired
mixer channel to INPUT RIGHT or LEFT on the Feedback Destroyer's back
panel for individual microphone channels. Connect a balanced cable with
the appropriate connectors from the OUTPUT RIGHT or LEFT jacks on the
Feedback Destroyer's back panel to that mixer channel's CHANNEL INSERT
IN jack.
3
Connect a balanced cable with
the appropriate connectors from the mixer's MONITOR OUT jacks to the
INPUT RIGHT or LEFT jacks on the Feedback Destroyer's back panel for the
monitor signal path. Connect a balanced cable with the appropriate
connectors from the OUTPUT RIGHT or LEFT jacks on the Feedback
Destroyer's back panel to the monitor amplifier INPUT jack or amplified
monitor speaker INPUT jacks.
4
Connect a balanced cable with
the appropriate connectors from the mixer's MAIN OUT jacks to the INPUT
RIGHT or LEFT jacks on the Feedback Destroyer's back panel for the main
mix (FOH) signal path. Connect a balanced cable with the appropriate
connectors from the OUTPUT RIGHT or LEFT jacks on the Feedback
Destroyer's back panel to the main amplifier INPUT jack or amplified
house speaker INPUT jacks.

Jinglebell15,
This is the most common thing to go wrong with headphones. Before you do anything to them, check the warranty. If you are covered, send them off and get them fixed / replaced. Otherwise, carefully open up the casing around the bad speaker and look for a broken wire. Usually it will be around the area where the headphones move the most - the spots where you adjust the fit or swivel the speakers. Before you go doing this though, test them on a second device to make sure it truly is your headphones, and not the balance on your music device being thrown off, or a faulty headphone port.

I have a pmp518m powered
NO. It is a powered mixer only - although there is nothing to stop you turning the master volume control down to zero (even so I would still prefer to have speakers connected to ensure that there is no overloading of the output stage).
However you can attach a separate amplifier by using the AMP INSERT socket with a TRS (tip ring sleeve) STEREO jack plug.
I have a Behringer GX-212
Disconect the speakers from the amp and apply a 1.5 volt battery accross the terminals for split second. If the speaker pops then they work. And there's something up with the unit.
I have a behringer EP1500
hi,
check the power outlet socket to which the amp and mixer is connected. if there is any loose contact in that power socket, this problem can occur. try to use a good surge protector with emi filter for connecting the amp and mixer.
ok
I bought a Behringer Eurorack UB2222FX-PRO at a
It is quite possible that you have bought a set that has a faulty preamplifier. The equaliser needs many such mixing preampflifer IC's mostly coupled together and it could be that there is a failure in one or several of the channels, the stages of the preamplifier. You must use a signal test to identify the faulty stage. You will need some help to go through these circuits and identify the op amps that are faulty. Try to check for voltage on the op amp stages and test with an audio signal for the section in fault. Hope you try. Good day.
Where do the cables go to hook up Beheringer EQ
In the mixer there is an AUX with an input and output together. The output of teh equaliser must be connected to the input of the aux and the output must be given to the power amplifier. Make sure to keep the R&L channels in order from the source to the amplifier.
Adjust accordingly your equaliser to your requirement. Keep the bass and treble in your amp to mid position and boost only if required. Hope this helps you to connect. Good day
I have the Behringer 10watt amp used but it wont
Please open the amplifier and check from the power supply to the output section. You will need a multimeter to check for the ac input , then the fuses, the switch continutiy and the output secondary section ac. Now the DC to the circuits, the rectifiers, the filter capacitors, fusible resistors. Once the power is coming over to the main board and to the output drive, the premap section needs a check . The fault will be around this section if the outputs are clean. hope this helps.Good day
My ADA8000 has developed a low level hum on mic
Hi, I am Kelly and welcome to FixYa.
I am going to say what I think here regardless of the ratings. I have seenthis post for several days and you have not been helped. It is my experience with any amplifier that has a hum that the associated transistor / amplfier in the circuit is the culprit. Even with my own home theater / karoke system 2 days after the warranty died I got the hum. No matter what I did in the system hummed in the speakers and in ONE microphone jack in particular. I ordered the transistors for the left and right channels and the microphone. When they came in I changed all three of them and now everything works fine. I did have to change 1 varistor that just did not look normal also. Anytime the volume control was in any position other than minimum I got the hum and of course each day the irritation factor rose.

I found a gold mine for electronic parts in a place called Willy's Electronics in National City, CA

Look them up on the net if your going to give the self repair a try. They don't have all if the individual part listings on their website yet (in work) but if your looking for it they can find it.
Thanks for using FixYa!
