Wrench light on will not photo copy
You most likely have an internal error. Bad news is that your 1360 is a little beyond obsolete and chances are parts are unavailable. You may indeed be very much out of luck. Time for a new one, sorry to bear the bad news Margaret.

& Shake it will & clean carefully the green ship at the end off cartridge
check if the cartridge is already opened
turn the cartridge upside down " open the wight square tab & turn the Shield the Opposite Hand
& [ check if broken ] while turning it .. you must see tone Flipping or moving at the square tab window
if not that's mean shield broken

My Toshiba 1360 is jamming every other sheet at
At the exit of the printer, there is the fuser unit (heating roller, which heats the paper to fuse the toner on to the paper. The fuser (heater) is covered with the Teflon sheet Sleeve. So that the paper is never directly in contact with the heater and heat is transferred through Teflon sleeve.
I have noticed Paper Jam at the outer paper bin in case of damaged Teflon sleeve. A very clear indication of broken Teflon is that there is a loud cracking noise, when the printer initializes (printer power on) or while printing a page. Secondly, the toner fails to fuse properly to the paper and gets erased when rubbed. You may use a torch to inspect it as well. Secondly, inspect the paper path for any obstructions. There may be a torn piece of paper. Inspect the gears and roller from the input tray to the paper exit point and look for any stuck roller.
So, it is recommended that make sure that the Teflon Sleeve is OK and there is no obstruction in the paper exit path.
Hope it helps! Good Luck! Thanks for using Fixya!

I have two black lines
remove the glass [two screws on the scale] very carefully clean the mirror that is near the lamp that is mirror 1 then clean the two mirrors that are nearest the side that the paper comes out that is mirrors 2+3 then remove the black lens cover i think it is held in place with two screws then clean the mirror that is there dont try to cean the mirror under it yet then open your machine and remove the cleaner unit follow the wire that goes to the unit and remove the black cover and unplug the unit, remove the toner cartridge you eill see either a black screw or a gold screw remove it slide out the unit and put one side gently.then look in the machine you will se a black cover slide your fingers in on the plate nearest you and you will feel a black screw remove the screw and then the cover will be loose remove it and clean the two mirrors there as well as the discharge lamps look in the optics cavity there are two slots near the lens, slide the two pins on the cover that you removed from the inside of the machine into them and slide upwards and retighten the black screw the rest is done in reverse good luck
