A Bundy is the low end of the Selmer line intended for students. Therefore it is at best a sliver plated instrument and depending on its condition might be worth 100 to a couple hundred dollars.

Make sure of your serial number. Then take it to a music store that deals with clarinets. You need to know what type/brand of clarinet you before you can know. I do know that Selmer #'s are nowhere close to the serial $ you provided.
I can't find a reference to 'NR'. Looking just at the serial number, the Selmer scheme shows it should be indeed, a Mk VI made in 1969 or 1970.
If that is so it may be worth from $4000-5500 depending on condition. To be certain I'd have it professionally valued.
