The blower has to have a kill wire / switch. If you are getting spark to the plug I would suspect another issue. Make sure you have the proper plug.

Check the following, and then clean or replace:

• Fuel Filter - Located INSIDE the fuel tank
• Spark Plug
• Spark Arrestor - at Muffler
• Carburetor - May need a rebuild kit

It is obviosly fuel starvation, have you actually replaced the fuel filter on the end of the hose in the tank? try richening the fuel mixture by unscrewing the H and L screw on the carb 1/4 turn on each, you may need a special tool to grip and turn these.

The Weedeater FL1500LE is a 23cc 2-Stroke Gas Blower and does not use string. It only uses air.

Assuming you have the nut/washers removed, a small amount of WD 40 on the shaft and GENTLY pry it off with whatever 2 tools you have on hand, 180 opposite each other. The only thing holding it on is a little corrosion.

remove it from the tank with some needle nose pliers,, and check the filter for built up grime, also,, check the plug for fouling,, it may be getting flooded as you run it,, clean the air filter too

the recoil system is worn out (have to buy and replace it).

Simple solution your weed-eater has a Walbro carb buy a rebuild kit and rebuild the carb and it will run like new, don't touch any screw settings on the carb. You can purchase from your local repair center just give them the number on your carb and they will give you the correct kit. Go to smalleng.com they have a video on just this issue. Good Luck..
