How do i change the code?

The Weiser brand and Kwikset brand Powerbolt are identical (Black & Decker), so these instructions will work just fine for you:http://www.kwikset.com/Customer-Support/Product-FAQs/Faq/50160000000HhhEAAS.aspxNotice that the above is a .PDF file type. That means that you need to have Adobe Reader or similar installed on your computer to view it. So if you are unable to view the file, download (for free) and install Adobe Reader first. You can get it here:http://get.adobe.com/reader/Good luck--and please provide feedback if this helps!

I understand that you've already checked for any mechanical binding within the lock and between the lock and the strike plate--(does this problem occur when the lock is cycled when the door is open?)

I'm including a link to the troubleshooting page for your powerbolt:

If you don't find a solution here, although the lock is beyond its one year warranty, I'd still contact Weiser Customer Service (preferably by phone) and appeal to them to help you troubleshoot or replace your lock. Here's the contact information:

Let me assume that you've already installed the Powerbolt 1000 (the one that matches the picture!), so let me link you to the Troubleshooting instructions, which illustrates how to open and reprogram the lock:

http://www.weiserlock.com/Support/Faq/50160000000HhhZAAS.aspx

Please install fresh batteries at this time.

Also please take a look at this link,

http://www.weiserlock.com/Support/Faq/50160000000HhmZAAS.aspx

which tells you how to locate and change the jumper to set the lock up for a door which is "right-handed" or "left handed"-in other words, what side the door hinges are on as you face it from the exterior. If the jumper is set wrong, the lock will not function properly.

Lastly, here's a link to the Weiser cutomer Support contact page:

On my house door lock, I recharged my batterie and now the lock wont work

When it comes to rechargeable batteries there is an unspoken rule to not use them for smoke detectors, clocks, and menial electronics. Only use them for flashlights and stereo systems that you carry on your shoulder. :) All you can do is make sure that the batteries are touching all the terminals and that they are facing the right way.

I installed a new weiser keylesslock, it works fine a about 1 month. But now 2 button do not work. Other button works fine. I opened it, the wire is tight, the batteries were new. What could be wrong?

I'd try a new battery to "rule out" that as a problem, sometimes the contacts need a "turn" of the battery to make good contact.
