They can be found on Ebay. I have bought many parts for Huskys and other brands there. If not, try Amazon.

New coil for chainsaw

the coil is on the flywheel side of unit. remove the recoil cover and you will see the flywheel and coil. your have to remove the ground wire from shut off switch and two bolts holding coil in place. when installing new coil you need to leave a 10 thousand air gap between the coil leg and the flywheel magnet for proper operation

Not getting spark to the

Try a new condenser. They are very cheap and can freeze which shorts it out inside so the magneto energy is not absorbed and ready for when the points fire. It only has one wire and looks like a metal cylinder about 1/2" diameter.

Trigger wire that goes to the carb is not working.

There should be a safety bad on ths handle that you hold down so that you can pull the throttle trigger. Check to make sure you are depressing it enough or that it is actually unlocking when depressed.

What causes the Clutch drum gear that drive the chain to go bad ? my chain eats a groove all the way through it aftr about 12 hrs of cutting I have replaced it 3 times now.

The chain you should be using should be a .325 pitch and not a 3/8.Never over tighten the chain, it will wear and stretch with time, which is why you should regularly check the chain tension. To get it right you should be able to lift 2 drive links clear of the bar. The chain will naturally wear groves into the spur sprocket, there is no conversion to a rim spricket for this model. Rim sprockets allow the chain to move along the sprocket easier and takes the wear away form the clutch drum.

What type of oil should I use?

Hi Nick Ciulie. You will use any good brand of 2 cycle oil mixed with your gasoline if it is a 2 cycle engine. If it is a 4 cycle engine use a good grade of 30 weight non detergent oil.If the oil is for the bar and chain...use a bar and chain oil available from most auto parts supply houses. Please rate meBud

Ihave a Husquvarna chainsaw I just sharpened but when it cuts into the log it curves to the right and jams halfway through the log.

first flip the bar over that will show if the bar is bent if still cuts wrong in the same direction then the bar is good and you didn't sharpen the chain the right way

Where is the idle screw on 55 and 350 model chain

On the 55 it is on the right hand side of the saw, there is a hole in the top cover so as to adjust it without removing the top cover, on the 350 its on the left hand side of the saw, it also has a hole in the top cover to adjust it, they should both be marked with a T.

I have a husqvarna 350

Hi and welcome to FixYa, I am Kelly You should have 120 PSI or greater compression. There is a ported compression release so you may see as little as 110 PSI but it is best to see 120 or greater.

The Owners manual is here:
http://www.northerntool.com/downloads/manuals/195946.pdf

carb basic settings are on page 29 of the manual.

The saw has a Zama C3-EL18 carb.
The manual for the carb is here:

Your carb is the C3
